As the name suggests, Colruyt Group Real Estate manages all Colruyt Group properties. We take a total approach to every project, from the initial sketch and design to acquisition, construction and installation and, finally, maintenance and prevention – for our stores, offices, distribution centres and production buildings, as well as our vehicles and machinery. Our focus is always on sustainable and innovative solutions, which means that we meticulously consider the environmental impact in every instance and often go beyond the legal requirements.
Project development from A to Z
Colruyt Group Real Estate is always looking for suitable locations for the various store formats, as well as offices, production buildings, training and distribution centres. Our approach is a comprehensive one, from purchasing the building land and renting buildings to applying for environmental permits, all administrative work and the final completion of the building.
Construction and renovation
Colruyt Group Real Estate is responsible for around 40 to 50 construction and renovation projects each year. We take care of every detail of every phase. We have our own engineering department, which ensures efficient and targeted designs for every project. From design to completion and aftercare, our team of designers, project managers and technicians work together to ensure a seamless construction process.
